Team Leader of the Mobile Division of Protection (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

The "Rokada" charity organization is looking for a mobile team leader to coordinate and manage public protection measures.

MAIN TASKS

• Managing and coordinating the work of the mobile team, planning tasks, assigning responsibilities and monitoring implementation.
• Ensuring high quality of public protection measures, supporting vulnerable groups and
• Monitoring the performance of the team, analyzing the results and preparing reports.
• Mentoring and professional development of team members, conducting internal trainings.
• Adherence to the principles of security, confidentiality and standards of "do no harm" when working with beneficiaries.
• Interaction with partners, authorities and other protection actors to coordinate common events.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in sociology, psychology, social work and/or at least one year of work experience in the relevant field
• Experience in helping victims of IDPs and vulnerable segments of the population
• Adherence to organizational principles, the Code of Conduct, safety and PSEA standards
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues
• Fluent command of Ukrainian. 
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short time frame
• High motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Previous work experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome
