Agronom Tsentr LLP is a producer of broiler chicken meat that has been operating on the market since 2008. The company fully controls the production cycle: from poultry breeding to slaughter, packaging and shipment of finished products to customers.
The slaughterhouse is equipped with modern equipment and operates according to European standards of food quality and safety products

We are looking fora manager who really manages production, not just a "senior in the shop"We are looking for amanager style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">, rather than simply controlling the change.

Suitable if you:

• have 5+ years of experience in food production;

• managed a teamup to 50 people;

• none">know how to work with poultry or meat processing standards"> indicators.

We consider managers of other food industries (not only poultry).

• Organization and control of the work of the slaughterhouse;

• Personnel management for up to 50 people;

• Product quality control at all stages;

• Compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000 standards;

• Optimizing processes, reducing losses, improving efficiency;

• Production reporting and interaction with management.

Our expectations

• Management experience in food productionfrom 5 years old;

• Desired experience in poultry slaughter or meat processing;

• Real experience of managing people;

• Initiative, system, responsibility.

Terms

• Shop schedule: 7:00-18:00

• Salary: UAH 100,000 - 120,000 (fixed rate + bonus system)

• Reservation;

• Service machine;

• Location: p. Ubyni, Lviv district (30 km from Lviv);

• Possible relocation of the candidate from the eastern regions.
