We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team.

Your tasks:

• High-quality recruitment of personnel for open vacancies in the company; personal interviews;
• Adaptation of new employees into the team;
• Personnel management from the initial stage of hiring to dismissal, onboarding and offboarding;
• Calculation of staff motivation;
• Organization of corporate events.

Our requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on deadlines, stress resistance;
• High level of communication;
• Experience in implementing KPIs and OKRs;
• Fluent speech and knowledge of English at the B2 level and above;
• Persistence and ambition, work for results;
• Able to demonstrate our advantages, love and be able to fall in love with our product;
• Honesty, decency, responsibility, attentiveness.
