Head of the meat processing plant/Technologist for the production of meat products in Agrofirma Mayak

Requirements for the candidate:

• professional education (in the field of biochemistry, organic chemistry, biotechnology, food industry);

• desired work experience - from 1 year in a similar position;

• basic PC skills;

• responsibility, high level of self-organization, ability to work in team;

• high level of efficiency;

• focus on the result.

Main duties:

• develop and create documentation (technological maps, product description) when launching new types or changing the formulation;

• participate in the development of new types of products;

• conduct internal audits;

• control the quality of raw materials, technological processes, finished products;

• develop technological documentation;

• carry out input control of raw materials and auxiliary materials, intended for production;

• develop norms of losses of raw materials and outputs of finished products of products;

• take part in the development of measures to prevent and eliminate defects;

• develop new types of products and their introduction in production;

• carry out work to improve the quality and quantity of finished products;

• organize the work of subordinates, hold daily meetings;
• plan your work;
• participate in weekly meetings and meetings with the manager.
