While maintaining high quality standards, our candies impress with their uniqueness, which begins with our own Martynivskyi fields in Vinnytsia region, where apples and other berries are carefully grown for production. We invite to our team a responsible and experienced specialist for the position of production manager.

Salary - UAH 40,000

Working schedule: from Mon to Fri from 08.00 to 17.00;  Saturday, Sunday - weekends.
Requirements:

•  Higher education in the field of production/technology/engineering.

•  Work experience in the food and confectionery industry for at least 5 years.

•  Production quality control.

•  Skills in the analysis of production indicators for making strategic decisions.

 High organizational skills, the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of production strategy.

•  Development of production plans, taking into account planned production volumes, lead times, the capacity of production facilities to achieve the production plan and the overall production strategy.

•    Optimizing production capacity loading and distributing production processes to avoid downtime or equipment overload.

•    Quality control and efficiency production.

•    Accounting of remaining raw materials and materials necessary for production.

•  Implementation of production optimization measures.

•    Controls the commissioning of new work lines.
