Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the work of the meat deboning shop
- Management of the shop personnel (deboners, skinners, auxiliary workers)
- Ensuring the implementation of shift and daily production plans
- Control of compliance with the technology of skinning and skinning
- Product output control, minimization of losses and waste
- Raw material quality control and finished products
- Observance of sanitary and hygienic standards, HACCP, labor protection
- Maintenance of production documentation and reporting
- Interaction with the quality department, warehouse and management
Requirements:
- Experience in meat production (deboning / housing) - mandatory
- Experience as a foreman, foreman or shift leader - desirable
- Knowledge of meat deboning technology and product output standards
- Ability to organize a team and control the result
- Responsibility, attentiveness, leadership qualities
