Assistant manager for personnel adaptation (remote) in Veb Misto

WebMisto is a digital studio that develops websites, online stores, logos and configures advertising on Google. We work with small and medium-sized businesses throughout Ukraine. 

We are building a team where new people feel supported from the first days. We are looking for an Assistant Head of Personnel Adaptation who will help newcomers to quickly adapt, learn and become part of our field of activity.

Main tasks:

• Organization and coordination of the process of adaptation of new employees — from the first working day to full entry into the team (the first 3 weeks).
• Preparation and updating of training materials (Canva, PowerPoint and other tools).
• Assistance in participation in the adaptation of employees via Zoom.
• Communication with new employees, quick responses and in messengers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience or interest in the field of adaptation and staff training.
• Skills set tasks clearly, monitor execution, think strategically 2 steps ahead.
• High attention to detail, responsibility and speed in written communication.
• Developed time management, organization, ability to work in multitasking.
• Creativity and ability to find practical, non-standard solutions.
• Skills in creating training materials in Canva/PowerPoint (basic photo/video processing - advantage).

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in developing training programs or staff adaptation systems.
• Practical skills in Canva, CapCut or other programs for rapid photo/video processing.
• Experience in organizing and holding online meetings in Zoom.
