Pink Space is a rapidly growing lingerie brand. We are currently looking for the "heart of our office" - an attentive and systematic Administrator who will take control of all internal processes, the CRM system and the movement of goods. If you love order in numbers, are not afraid of responsibility and know how to control others, this is the job for you!
What will be your main task:
You will be the connecting link between the team, sales department and management. Your goal is to make the system work like a Swiss watch.
Conditions:
- Finance control: Pulling and reconciling payments from customers in the CRM system.
- Product management: Acceptance of new batches of products and control of the correct entry of balances into the CRM.
- Site: Adding new products and monitoring the relevance of the assortment on the website.
- Internal communication: Daily synchronization with the sales department regarding the current product availability and new arrivals.
- Shipment quality control: Final check at the end of the day for the correctness and completeness of warehouse orders.
What we offer:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Format: Work in a comfortable office in Lviv.
- Salary: 000 — 25,000 UAH (transparent system: fixed rate + bonuses for uninterrupted operation of processes).
