Tester of the eExcise Electronic System in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Foundation for Eastern Europe within the international technical assistance program "Digitalization for Growth, Integrity and Transparency" (UK DIGIT), funded by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth Affairs and Development of Great Britain (FCDO), announces a tender for the search of a contractor for provision of expert services of the tester of the Electronic system of circulation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes (eExcise) (hereinafter - the "eExcise" system).

Date of the start of providing expert services: December 2025.

Term of contract: four months.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• helping the team identify possible bugs and errors system;
• regularly conduct functional and non-functional tests (including manual and automated testing) of finished and new system functionality (in particular, API testing);
• conduct bug tracking and reporting, in particular, but not limited to Confluence/Jira;
• regularly communicate with the team and project manager about system bugs and their corrections;
• develop test documentation;
• develop test plans and test coverage (test plan and test coverage);
• form lists of bugs, suggestions and user requirements, maintain their corresponding documentation;
• regularly test fixed errors;
• regularly log incidents;
• participate in system testing during the entire development life cycle (SDLC);
• conduct regression testing of the system;
• participate in pre-launch system testing.

Competitor requirements:

• minimum two (2) years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications;
• knowledge of QA methodology, mechanisms and processes;
• experience in analyzing business, user, and technical requirements of project documentation;
• experience in developing test cases and checklists for testing new and ready-made software functionality;
• experience in working with client-server architecture (REST).
