Our brands are "Freken BOK", "Smile", "Selpak", "Vortex", "Novita", "PRO service" and, from now on, the most delicious GRAFF tea. We invite a Territorial Manager to join our team.
The main key tasks to be implemented:
- Competitor market analysis
- Development of sales strategy and plans in certain regions Formation of demand, orders for products on a quarterly and monthly basis basis
- Execute sales plans for distributors - monthly and in the medium term, maintaining the established budgets for work in the channel
- Control of customer receivables
- Prepare and implement a set of marketing and trade marketing activities to fulfill tasks
- Ensure constant growth in sales volumes in the segment
- Ensure the availability of the most complete range of the Corporation's products in all retail outlets Local networks, wholesale sales channel, linear retailing.
- Ensure the visual dominance of the Corporation's products from placement and share of shelf space in relation to competitors' products at the main and additional locations in all retail outlets
- Ensure prompt introduction of new products in the segment Linear Retail, OPT, Local Networks, Gas Stations
- Ensure compliance with the Corporation's pricing policy in the segment
- Ensure holding of annual negotiation companies to reach agreements with all major customers with an agreed level of costs and maximum opportunities for the Corporation's business development
- Develop and implement a set of sales promotion activities aimed at customers and end consumers
- Implement the Corporation's marketing strategy in the segment of Linear retailing, Wholesale distribution channel and local networks
- Plan sales and budget expenses to achieve the set goals.
- Ensure control and be responsible for the budget of the division's expenses.
- Improve the effectiveness of operational, marketing and trade marketing expenses in the area of responsibility
For us, the following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important:
- Analytical mindset, knowledge of MS, PP;
- Mandatory knowledge of the market of key customers and distributors on the territory of Ukraine;
- Strategic planning of territory development, long-term goals;
- Working with a team, setting goals and monitoring their implementation, working in the format of SMART goals;
- Sales planning in natural units - quarter, year (customers and sku);
- Control of financial indicators, responsibility;
- Strategic vision of sales growth drivers;
