Brief description of the implementation activities of BOPeopleUkraine project
TBPeopleUkraine within the project ensures the implementation and stable functioning of the OneImpactUkraine digital system as a community-led monitoring (CLM) tool in the field of tuberculosis. The system is aimed at supporting people who have encountered tuberculosis, in particular representatives of key and vulnerable groups, and allows identifying barriers to access to diagnostic, treatment and social protection services.
The OneImpactUkraine platform works as an active national system of public monitoring and cooperates with the "Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" (CGZ). The integration concept and the OneImpactUkraine integration plan were developed with a central database of CGZ, which provides for the transfer of depersonalized data and coordination of technical approaches.

Provide technical support and improve OneImpactUkraine algorithms for integration with the Central Database of the State Institution "Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" for further automatic synchronization of CLM data with state systems.

Employment
Development of the Specification for the development of an API for safe, stable and scalable integration of the OneImpactUkraine platform with the Central Database of the State Public Health Center "Center for Public Health" for the purpose of further automatic synchronization of Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) data with state information systems in the field of public health in compliance with information security requirements, the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data, as well as technical standards used in state IT systems.
Development of API software for the integration of the OneImpactUkraine platform with the Central Database of the Public Health Center. Primary testing. Development of documentation.
Installation andconfiguration of integration components ("integration modules", "middleware") on the OneImpactUkraine platform, which will ensure automatic synchronization of data between OneImpactUkraine and the Central Database of the CGZ, transformation of data in accordance with the requirements of state formats, verification of correctness and completeness of data before transmission; implementation of mechanisms for asynchronous and/or event synchronization, logging of operations, backup of transmitted data; providing the ability to configure synchronization rules without interfering with the main code of the platform.
Providing technical support for the deployed solution during the specified period; elimination of errors and failures; consulting support for IT specialists of CGZ and OneImpactUkraine; updating and finalizing integration components in case of changes in requirements.
Requirements for candidates
Education in the field of information technology, software or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of the principles of information security, authentication and encryption mechanisms, as well as the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on personal protection data.
Experience in implementing projects related to medical information systems, eHealth or digital solutions, protecting the interests of communities, key and vulnerable groups, in the field of health care - will an advantage.
Experience of participating in the implementation of digital or remote solutions in the field of health care will be an advantage.
