Your future functionality:

• listening and analyzing calls of sales managers on a specialized platform;
• identifying strengths and weaknesses in managers' communication;
• forming feedback and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of conversations;
• correcting or creating sales scripts, response templates and conversation algorithms;
• control of compliance with communication standards, script logic and sales stages;
• identification of typical mistakes in communication with customers and conducting brief discussions with managers;
• preparation of weekly reports on the quality of conversations, conversion, improvement dynamics;
• training/training, coaching or individual support managers.

Our candidate has:

• experience in the field of sales or quality control of calls from 1 year;
• understanding of the structure of telephone sales: conversation stages, the logic of identifying needs and working with objections;
• attention to details, analytical thinking, the ability to notice subtle nuances in communication;
• command of the Ukrainian language at a high level;
• ability to formulate clear and constructive feedback;
• experience in CRM or similar systems;
• ability to work with a large amount of information and systematize data.
