Key tasks:

• Participation in the development and implementation of regulatory documents on operational risk management
• Participation in implementation and support of operational risk assessment and management tools (stress testing, scenario analysis, analysis of key risk indicators, self-assessment of operational risk, maintaining a database of internal operational risk events, data quality control, analysis and investigation of events, escalation, coordination of development and control of the implementation of minimization measures; analysis of audit reports, training of employees, etc.) risk

This position requires:

• Higher education
• Experience in the banking / financial sphere, (experience is an advantage) in the areas of: operational risks, development / analysis of methodology for business product support, process support
• English language level - B1
