Telephony administrator in Shokov

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a telephony administrator for our office in Kyiv.

What will be included in your duties:

• Monitor the status of working numbers and check them for spam.
• Provide technical support for telephone projects: monitor the quality of communication, problems with dialing and stability lines.
• Communicate with telephone communication providers: connection, submission of applications, solving technical failures.
• Cooperate with the company's technical department for prompt elimination of problems and improvement of services.
• Fix requests and technical situations in internal accounting systems.
• Maintain clear interaction with other teams to ensure continuous operation of processes.
