  • Willingness to develop and implement system processes.

Main duties:

  • Organization, management and control of the department of technical support of accounting systems.

  • Participation in the selection of new employees, organization and control of their adaptation.

  • Analytics and reporting on the results of the department's work (incident and problem management).

  • Creation of quality standards for service provision to internal customers and control of SLA execution.

  • Participation in the development and implementation of the development strategy of the department and the IT department in general.
