Key requirements:

• Experience of managing a team in the field of IT will be an advantage.

• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL, ITSM.

• Thorough understanding of modern information technologies, communication technologies, mobile and cloud systems.

• Willingness to develop and implement system processes.

• Resistance to stress and responsibility.

Main duties:

• Organization, management and control of the department of technical support of accounting systems.

• Participation in the selection of new employees, organization and control of their adaptation.

• Analytics and reporting on the results of the department's work (incident and problem management).

• Creation of quality standards for service provision to internal customers and control of SLA execution.

• Participation in the development and implementation of the development strategy of the department and the IT department in general.
