Requirements:

• experience in setting up production processes and personnel management;
• knowledge of legal acts and documents on the state regulation of the operation of catering establishments;
• ability to make calculations, recipes, cooking technologies, as well as requirements for quality, terms and conditions storage;
• confident PC user;
• high level of responsibility, system thinking, organizational skills, discipline.

Functional:

• organization and control of technological production processes;
• organization and planning of the work of employees and their training;
• ordering of raw materials, control of residues;
• control of product quality in accordance with state norms and company standards;
• participation in the development of new dishes, development of TTK and calculations for them; sanitary norms and rules.
