The group of companies will take on the role of an operating system architect. none">Build a single operational architecture for transparent and controlled group scaling. Implement process and digital transformation that will replace manual management with a stable system and ensure risk control. Establish a seamless cross-functional interaction between all departments, creating a mature corporate structure ready for systematic growth and entering new markets.

Key tasks

• Create a department from scratch: develop an organizational structure and a "service matrix" for the group, hire a team and establish a system of internal interaction, reporting and budgeting.

• Manage the strategic development and the corporate portfolio, finding new growth points (M&A) and synchronizing the strategy with the operations (OKRs).

none">Implement a unified operating model and management standardsimplementation for all business units of the group by developing end-to-end processes, unified management reporting and a regulatory framework taking into account the specifics of various assets. cross-functional interaction by implementing the principles of matrix management, clear demarcation of areas of responsibility and effective mechanisms of horizontal communication between divisions for the implementation of joint projects. implement digital solutions (ERP, CRM, BI), eliminating duplication of functions and "bottlenecks" to create a single transparent environment and automate operations.

• Manage complex transformation projects, ensuring a full cycle — from planning and communication of changes to the training of teams in modern management practices and performance monitoring through the KPI system.

• Control operational risks and conduct internal audits, implementing mechanisms for checking the effectiveness of new processes, initiating corrective actions and working with resistance to change at all levels.

Requirements

• From 5 years of experience in management positions in the areas of operational management, strategic development or business transformation.  text-decoration: none">

  Practical experience in implementing and administering IT solutions, project management systems, automation.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to transform vision into concrete algorithms and results.

• Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to work in conditions of uncertainty

• Developed communication skills to defend complex ideas and finding compromises between departments
