In order to continue to win, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist L1 who is able to help our customers with solving any technical questions about the product: from setting up your workplace to providing a short training session on how to use our product

We are ready to help you become a better employee in the Technical Support department. We will train you, support you and provide you with all the necessary tools to work so that you can feel confident and ready to reach new heights.

What awaits you:

  • Training: first you will undergo training with our Team Lead - one of the best employees of our company. He will introduce you to our work, structure and corporate culture, tools for work, regulations and instructions.
  • Testing: after training, you will be tested for knowledge through tests to understand what you learned better and what we still need to work on.
  • Technical support: you will then start working on all technical requests from clients. From simple requests such as "call tracking not working" to complex settings of speech analytics web hooks or voice robot settings.
  • Services check: you will monitor the functionality of services after updates and control the quality of their work.
  • Complexity resolution: participate in solving global complexities at work and consolidate information for your Team Lead to speed up resolution difficulties in work.
  • Integrations: connect integrations of our telephony to external systems of CR clientsM/ERP and write instructions, reviews for using our services.
  • Interesting tasks: you will be involved in performing various tasks that will not let you get bored

We will have an ideal match if:

  • work in an office in Kyiv (Kontraktova Ploshcha) is suitable for you
  • you have experience setting up any network equipment
  • you know what network protocols are (UDP, TCP, HTTP)
  • you know how to configure Windows or Linux OS
  • you have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Not necessary, but it will be great plus:

  • experience working in the field of technical support
  • experience working with Linux/Unix systems
  • English/Polish/Romanian at the Upper-Intermediate+ level.

Now to the most interesting - how much?

During the trial period, the salary will be UAH 25,000. The company invests in you, providing all the necessary resources for a successful start.
