Data center technical support engineer (no experience) in lifecell

We invite to our team a Technical support engineer of the data center!

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Customer and service support - ensuring the stable operation of IT infrastructure;
• Monitoring of servers, network equipment and data storage systems;
• Prompt response to critical monitoring indicators: creating tickets, informing management and initiating solutions;
• Maintenance and replacement of equipment in case of malfunctions;
• Installation of new equipment.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Full or partial higher education in the field of IT, telecommunications or related fields (master's or specialist level);
• Minimum work experience in the field of technical support or system administration;
• Understanding the principles of cloud services, virtualization and network technologies;
• Ability to work with monitoring systems and technical documentation.
