technical support specialist (Haas)

Job description:

The tasks of the employee in this position will include technical support (telephone, electronic mail):

• consultations on repair and operation (1st level of technical support),
• consultations on technical characteristics of equipment, assistance in
• formation of technical descriptions/reports when forming warranty claims,
• analysis of technical condition and correct operation (CNC equipment for metal processing)

Requirements:

• technical education (secondary, higher) - automation, electrical engineering, mechanics or related specialties,
• knowledge of the English language (understanding of technical documentation, writing letters, telephone consultations with the manufacturer),
• knowledge of metalworking (mechanical engineering),
• experience in the maintenance of CNC machines will be an additional advantage,
• responsibility, desire to learn.
