Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Organization of the work of the Technical Support Service, provision of high-quality technical support for BpAK Fury pilots.
• Formation and implementation (after approval by the Company Management) of the Strategy for the development of the Technical Support Service.
• Ensuring the collection of analytical information about the condition of BpAK equipment and crews in the army.
• Organization of detection of BpAK system problems in the army, their exact description (formulation) and reporting to the relevant company divisions of their availability.
• Further control of their solution.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of the technical support team's qualifications.

Additional requirements:

• Willingness to undergo training at BpAK A1-SM Furia.

Required work experience:

• Working with aircraft type BpAK in combat conditions: piloting or maintenance and repair of aircraft.
• Working in a technical support service or relevant experience in the Defense Forces of Ukraine: work planning, assignment of tasks, quality control implementation, etc.
• Experience of remote consulting (Hotline): provision of operational technical advice to crews who are directly engaged in combat missions.
• Practice of analytical support: maintenance of a failure database, classification of typical malfunctions, determination of frequency and conditions of their occurrence.
