Moneyveo company invites you to join our team First Line Support Specialist.

We are looking for a talented, energetic and experienced candidate who is ready to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and registration of incidents from IT support and the company's information systems;
  • Consulting and basic user support;
  • Escalation of applications for responsible personnel for information systems;
  • Control of terms and content of SLA;
  • Categorization of incoming incidents;
  • Description of non-conformities with the declared functionality of information systems;
  • Determination of priority and impact of incidents.

Knowledge that our future colleague should possess:

  • Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and office equipment.
  • Knowledge of the principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP/IP stack protocols;
  • Knowledge of the principles of software installation and configuration, peripheral equipment, drivers; 
  • Experience of working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years;
  • Ability to diagnose and eliminate malfunctions in software, if necessary in hardware;
  • Experience in working with Windows client OS at the level of an experienced user; 
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Sharepoint, Teams, MS Office);  we offer:
