We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutch) to join our energetic, multicultural team and share our passion for problem solving and building long-term relationships with partners and users across the globe world.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide quality and efficient technical support for 3Shape equipment (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, phone, e-mail and sometimes during offline activities.
- Conduct and accompany requests: collect all necessary information from customers according to the company's internal procedures and record it in CRM.
- Interact with other departments and pass on feedback from customers so that we become even better.
