Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of remote user workplaces;
• Installation and administration of OS and software;
• Working with specific software;
• Accepting and processing incoming calls from users regarding technical issues;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• You have experience in the administration of the Windows, Linux family;
• You have basic knowledge of local network configuration and switching;
• planning, memorizing large amounts of information, setting priorities;
• Able to solve problems quickly;
• Communicable, friendly;
• Have business communication skills, competent oral and written language;
• Able to learn quickly;
• Have a technical mindset as well as the ability to independently find solutions to problems.
• Technical support experience (will be an advantage).
• Technical education and additional skills related to IT will be a significant advantage.
