Technical support specialist in New Recruiting Group (NRG)

A leading European company - a manufacturer of equipment, solutions and services for dairy farming, announces a competition for the position of Technical Support Specialist, Kyiv.  including international trainings;

 Functional responsibilities:

• Technical support of end users (farm personnel), dealers and field specialists in identifying and solving technical problems equipment-related problems;
• Monitoring and technical support of the equipment installation and commissioning process;
• Interaction with local and international teams to resolve technical issues;
• Participation in new product launches, including technical training and support;
• Preparation and delivery of technical training for dealers, customers and employees;
• Checking and correcting technical translations documentation.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the field of mechatronics, automation, electronics, electrical engineering or a related technical specialty;
• Good knowledge of English for communication with international technical teams and training;
• Developed communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with different teams;
• Ability to independently organize the work process and determine priorities;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine and abroad;
• Availability of a valid foreign passport;
• A confident user of PC (MS Office);
• Experience in servicing or installing industrial equipment and/or similar work experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
• Self-motivation and proactivity, the ability to take responsibility for the result;
• Availability of a category B driver's license, driving experience of 3 years or more.
