• were able to install and maintain Windows 7, 8, 10 OS;
• be able to configure and maintain peripheral devices;
• be able to manage users in AD;
• had skills with WSUS (monitoring and application of updates);
• had good communication skills;
• were able to work in a team.

Main duties:

• reception and sorting of applications;
• resolving applications of the first level of support;
• daily collection of requests from laboratory and office users, registration of their requests, resolution of these requests;
• tracking the statuses of second-level applications and communication with administrators;
• control of application deadlines;
• writing instructions for users;
• communication with users;
• debug software and peripherals;
• tracking the statuses of services and devices on Zabbix and Dude monitoring;
• tracking WSUS update installation statuses.

• Office format of work;
• Location: Art. Akademmistechko, Academician Palladin Avenue 46/2.

Work schedule:

• Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
• Saturday, Sunday is the weekend.
