Chief engineer of the project in PROEKT-MARKET, TOV

Requirements for the position:

• high profile technical education, work experience GIP at least 5 years in the position (objects SS2 and SS3)
• availability of certificatedesign engineer
• experience in the design of multi-storey residential and public buildings
• knowledge of engineering systems and building codes of Ukraine
• ownership of special software: AutoCAD, Revit (will be an advantage), office programs

Responsibilities:

• coordination of all engineering sections (ОВиК, VC, ETR, SZ, SPZ, ASMU, SPZD, TM) of both internal and external networks
• ensuring compliance of design decisions with current regulatory documents.
• control of connections and technical consistency of decisions between architectural, design and engineering parts
• interaction with architects, designers, engineers and expert organizations
• participation in preparation of technical solutions, optimization of engineering systems
• support of working documentation, drawing up and approval of schedules for issuing project documentation
• approval of the project in state authorities and expert bodies, input analysis and verification of project documentation, drawing up of design tasks, technical tasks and technical solution cards (KTR)

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; saturday, sunday - weekend buildings
