Budpostach trading company invites a specialist for the position of Technical Support Specialist (HelpDesk) in the office.

Mandatory requirements:

• Education in technical specialties (preferably in the field of IT)
• Experience of working on the first line of support (ServiceDesk) from 1 year.
• Sure knowledge of hardware.
• Practice in repairing equipment.
• PC maintenance (preparation of new workplaces, installation of software, solving multifaceted problems at the level users)
• Execution of user requests (first line of support)
