Main tasks:

• Manage a team of casino analysts: task planning, workload distribution, development and motivation;
• Build, maintain and improve existing anti-fraud processes in the casino segment: detection of fraudulent schemes, hidden mechanics and bonus hunting;
• Analyze game activity: identify anomalies and risky trends in player behavior;
• Optimize monitoring processes and approaches.

It is important for us:

• Experience in the field of iGaming;
• Experience as a manager, supervisor;
• Deep understanding of gambling processes (game mechanics, bonus programs, risks);
• Experience in detecting and preventing fraudulent schemes;
• Analytical skills (ability to analyze and structure data, make conclusions);
• Ability to work with BI tools;
• Orientation on the result and the ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
