Your main tasks:

• Help colleagues and customers: first deal with simple queries and solve them according to ready-made instructions;
• Give advice and consultations in case of questions;
• Ensure that each query is resolved qualitatively and on time;
• Add new solutions to the internal knowledge base (to make it easier for others to work).
