Technical Support Specialist in Doctor Eleks

Doctor Eleks is a Ukrainian medical information system that helps automate the work of clinics, doctors and patients throughout the country. We create technological solutions that make medicine more efficient, transparent and closer to people.

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding the working principles of relational databases
• Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (users, accesses)
• Sufficient knowledge of T-SQL:
  • understanding the logic of building queries and working with database objects
  • writing stored procedures, views
  • working with data (selection, updating, deleting, filtering, sorting)
  • knowledge of backup/restore/Shrink processes
• Basic knowledge of working with OS Windows Server and Windows

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or completed IT courses
• Ability to see the big picture and think through the approach to work
• Self-organization and the ability to work autonomously
• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop solutions according to the needs of the client
• Skills in planning, organization and time management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation, configuration and customer support of the Doctor Eleks product — working directly with the customer, analyzing its business processes, deploying the system and adapting the functionality to the needs of the medical facility
• Supporting existing MIS installations: fulfilling customer tasks, helping in chats, updating the system
• Filling the database data (document templates, reports, guides) for MIS work
• Testing the system before releases according to test plans and test cases
• Writing and maintaining T-SQL code (procedures, samples, custom processes)
• Active work with MSSQLServer database objects
• Setting up MIS integrations with other systems
• Writing instructions and functional descriptions
• Training for clients (online/offline)
• Short-term business trips to clients are possible when starting work with MIS
