Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of remote user workplaces;
• Installation and administration of OS and software;
• Work with specific software provision;
• Receiving and processing incoming calls from users regarding technical issues;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests.

• You have experience in the administration of Windows, Linux operating systems;
• You have basic knowledge of setting up and switching a local network;
• You know how to plan, remember large amounts of information, set priorities;
• Able to quickly decide problems;
• Communicative, friendly;
• You have business communication skills, competent oral and written language;
• Able to learn quickly;
• You have technical thinking, as well as the ability to independently find solutions to problems.
• Experience in technical support (will advantage).
• Technical education and additional IT-related skills will be a significant advantage.
