WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

• Reception and processing of incoming calls from the company's customers (financial and technical issues).
• Reception and processing of incoming calls from the company's customers in messengers (Viber, Telegram, Instagram, company website).
• Outgoing calls to current and potential company customers.
• Support for other technical issues.

Our candidate is a person who

1. Communicative, stress-resistant and able to quickly switch between tasks.
2. Has 1 year of experience in a contact center (experience in a similar position of a provider, telecom sector will be an advantage).
3. Has basic technical skills. An advantage will be knowledge of the construction of topologies of fixed Internet networks (GPON, FTTB, etc.).
4. Competent command of written and spoken - the national language
