An international company providing transport and logistics services in the USA invites a Customer Operations Manager USA Market (night shift)

Duties:

• Control of the cargo transportation process.
• Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
• Handling calls and solving delivery issues with creativity and patience.
• Processing e-mails and quick response to inquiries.
• Performing tasks in the CRM system.
• Preparation and control of the cargo documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively perform several tasks at the same time.
• Analytical thinking and flexibility in decision-making.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Responsibility for own results and striving for continuous improvement.
• High motivation for personal and professional growth.

We offer several schedule options:

Night shift:

• 23:00 — 09:00 (4/4)

Day shift: office.

We are looking in Lviv, Kyiv and Kryvyi Rih.
