style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">Operative diagnosis and elimination of production problems.We are looking for a person who has:
- 1+ year of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, repair department or service of industrial equipment (preferably serial production).
- Practical skills of electronics diagnostics: working with a multimeter, basic use of an oscilloscope; understanding of power, contact issues, notices, ESD.
- Team management experience or senior engineer / team lead role (rotation, prioritization, execution control).
- System approach: ticketing, incident accounting, knowledge base, standards, working with recurring issues.
- Ability to communicate with production in stressful conditions and defend processes (one channel, one queue, clear priorities).
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with FPV drones/RC/UAV (firmware, configurations, test stands).
- Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen approaches, experience with 8D, CAPA, quality control in production.
