This is a role for a person who:

• looks at marketing as a managed business process,

• thinks in terms of hypotheses, funnels, indicators,

• feels the excitement of difficult tasks and moments when her decisions change the picture of results.

So, your main tasks:

• Management of marketing budgets and lead generation system.

• Provide continuous hypothesis testing to improve funnel rates and reduce CAC.

• Deep dive into individual channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) to optimize results.

• Audit of current funnels and marketing tools, identifying growth areas.

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities together with the team and contractors.

• Team management.

• Development and implementation of the company's content marketing strategy.

• Building and bringing to the ideal of AI-support.

• 2 years of work experience as a Digital / Internet marketer.

• Experience in the fields of EdTech, business clubs, educational or service products will be an advantage

• Understanding and practical experience of working with advertising campaigns in Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube.

• Experience or understanding of email marketing, chatbots, webinars pltform, SEO.

• Experience with tools: Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Esputnik, Leeloo, Webflow, Notion, AI-friendly approach.
