We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help our teams resolve technical issues and keep our systems running smoothly.
This role is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or develop a career in technical support. Previous experience is not required - we are ready to train and support motivated candidates who are eager to develop and acquire technical skills.
Please note that this position involves full-time employment in the office in Kyiv (5 days a week).
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to company employees via Jira Service Desk.
Help in the implementation and support of new tools and technical solutions in the company infrastructure.
Requirements:
Motivation to learn and develop in the field of technical support (commercial experience is not mandatory).
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux or macOS).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Understanding basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) will be a plus.
Experience with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Basic written English for communication and documentation.
Will a plus:
Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash).
Experience with VPN or network configuration.
