Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer service and warranty requests.
• Provide basic technical solutions.
• Collaboration with the technical team.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Calm and positive person.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a professional setting.
• Electrical certificate (group 3 and higher) would be an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of PVSyst, PVSol or AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Ukrainian (min. C1) English (min. B1) – both written and spoken.
