Customer Support Specialist.What will you do:
- Accept incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers, for the purpose of informational support and consulting regarding the use of the robota.ua website;
- Update and maintain all information about site users;
- Communicate loyally, politely and discreetly with customers, desire to help and show a friendly communication style;
- Motivate to work with the site of each recruiter as an individual user;
- Attract customers to use all the functionality of the site to quickly close vacancies;
- Congratulate clients on personal and professional holidays;
- Help clients with writing vacancies and posting them on the site.
- Teach new users of the robota.ua website how to work with the resume database and publish vacancies;
- Help with the preparation of salary analytics for clients;
- Assist sales specialists and fulfill their requests regarding customers;
- Diagnoses technical problems on the client side and transfers them to technical support colleagues for their resolution;
- Inform about advertising companies and share site achievements;
- Actively interact with company managers, colleagues from the technical support department;
- Ensure compliance with the work standards of a specialist (customer support);
- Maintain and maintain a customer database, records in detail all communications with the customer in the company's CRM system;
- Visit the office according to the visiting rules established in the department;
- Execute separate official assignments of the group leader.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Good Ukrainian language: oral and written literacy, good diction;
- Skills of telephone sales, identifying needs, working with objections.
