About the company
KTS ENGINEERING — engineering a company specializing in the implementation, service and support of technical solutions for industrial and corporate clients. We are developing a Competence Center as an internal center of expertise, technical support and customer training.
Main Responsibilities
Providing technical support to customers regarding equipment and solutions companies.
Remote diagnostics of malfunctions, analysis of the causes of incidents.
Consulting clients on issues of operation, adjustment and basic equipment maintenance.
Preparation of technical recommendations and instructions for clients.
Interaction with service engineers, manufacturers and internal units.
Escalation of complex technical cases to the appropriate level.
Participation in the creation and updating of the knowledge base, technical documentation, FAQ.
Supporting the educational activities of the Competence Center (webinars, briefings, consultations).
Requirements for the candidateProfessional requirements:
Technical education (engineering, electrical engineering, automation or related).
Experience of working in a technical support / service center - from 1-2 years.
Understanding the principles of operation of technical or industrial equipment.
Experience with Service Desk / CRM systems (will be an advantage).
Skills in remote diagnostics and technical consultations.
Basic knowledge of the English language (reading technical documentation).
Personal qualities:
Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly find solutions.
Orientation on the client and service quality.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly and comprehensibly.
Responsibility, attentiveness to details.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise.
