Technical support engineer (BOOKING) in RED NET, TOV

REDNET Internet provider invites a Technical Support Engineer to its team. We provide high-quality Internet and digital television services and are looking for responsible and motivated specialists.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Technical mindset.
• Basic knowledge — construction of local networks, principles of operation of network equipment; 
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Communication, stress resistance.
• Attention and responsibility.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in a similar position (from 6 months).
• Knowledge and experience of working with CRM and billing systems.
• Experience work with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme Networks, ZTE, BDCOM, etc.).
