Support Manager (Sales team) in Centr doslidzhen bezpilotnih sistem

General Chereshnya is a Ukrainian defense-tech company that develops and mass-produces modern unmanned aerial vehicles, including FPV drones and interceptor drones for countering aerial threats. All our products are created in cooperation with the military and at their request.

We are looking for a Support Manager to join the sales team, who will assist the sales managers in maintaining documentation, tracking orders and supporting internal processes. The role involves systematic, careful work with documents and CRM.

The main duties of the position:

• Assisting sales managers in maintaining documentation;
• Preparation of contracts and commercial proposals;
• Control of the return of documentation (contracts, acts, expense invoices);
• Control of shipment of orders;
• Maintenance and updating of the CRM system;
• Interaction with related departments within the sales process.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Experience with documents;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and perform monotonous tasks;

Will be a plus:

• Experience in legal and/or accounting work;
• Experience in supporting sales teams.
