We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer< b style="font-weight: 700">,who shares our corporate values, wants to rapidly develop in our team.

Engineer technical support will deal with the following tasks:

• Providing technical support to users in solving their problems with PCs and other IT products;
• Remote support of branch offices;
• User account administration;< /li>
• Processing ESET incidents;
• Setting up peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, MFPs) and early communication with service companies;
• Cartridge accounting and print quality control after gas stations;
• Setting up IP telephony from the client side (sip clients and Grandstream IP phones);
• Supporting the existing biometric LCD;
• Technical accounting.
