Digital Designer in Outstaff Your Team

We are looking for a talented and progressive Digital Designer who likes to create impressive service design and wants to join a cool team with progressive ideas. Together we will experiment, perform various tasks and work on improving our site and products.

Company : Ukrainian software company that creates software for various operating systems used by users around the world.

Products : the priority is to launch a new site.

Team : energetic and cozy product team, which includes developers, designers and marketing specialists and CEO.

What we will do :

• Work with web products (research, improvement);
• Preparation of SMM materials;
• Creation of creative emails for all products;
• Close interaction with the marketer and web developer to work on the site (creation of illustrations, landing pages).

Requirements

Important and necessary :

• 3+ years experience in digital design (in particular, design of web products, UI/UX);
• Availability of a portfolio of previous works (a big plus will be the presence of cool cases of product web pages , product interfaces );
• High level of proficiency in graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Experience with prototyping and UI design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD);
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better communication with web developers;
• Confident experience in creating visual content for social networks (posts, banners);
• Experience in creating and optimizing emails for email newsletters;
• Understanding of UX principles and experience in UX research;
• Ability to create adaptive design that takes into account different devices and screen sizes;
• Team player;
• High attention to detail and the ability to work with several projects at the same time;
• Creativity and innovative approach to problem solving;
• Ability to effectively communicate and present your ideas.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and landing page designers .
• Experience with UX testing and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).
• Cool sense of humor :)
