For more than 20 years, the foreign banking institution has been cooperating with international corporations and corporate clients, offering a wide range of commercial banking products, access to international capital markets and international experience supported by the company's network.
General purpose of the vacancy
- Participation in projects and tasks related to online channels and connecting bank channels (integration with customer channels, localization of channels etc.).
- Assistance in monitoring the availability and proper functioning of electronic services provided to clients.
- Establishment of technical requirements for bank channel development, participation in bank channel testing and, in case of changes, assistance in transactional services provided to clients, implementation and support of transactional product services related to the bank's channels.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Participation in projects and tasks related to banking channels (integration of bank channels with client channels, localization, etc.), as well as analysis and implementation (RFC - Request for Change ) of e-banking and any other new TS (operational services) related products.
- Participation in e-banking/channel presentations to customers in cooperation with the TS (operational services) Sales Officer, assistance in systems installation , training for users.
- Assistance in monitoring the availability of electronic banking services/channels for external and internal clients.
- Participation in projects to develop and implement the strategy of payment products of the Head Office and representative office in Ukraine . Cooperation with the head office in the management and maintenance of corporate systems.
- Responsibility for keeping a record of incidents, problems and solutions related to channel maintenance, transferring to the head office those problems that cannot be solved on site.
- Actively participate in the development and support from the technical, legal and compliance side of products related to the new channel (initiated locally or by the head office).
- Advising clients on authorization solutions bank (including complex solutions), preparation of documentation related to electronic banking/setting up channels, further data entry into systems.
- Assistance and control of the preparation of contracts and other forms within the framework of the current account agreement, bank channels , service related activities and contracts with head office.
- Coordinating service requests for operational/support functions that could not be resolved in 1st line support.
- Ensuring (as assigned) and implementing internal control procedures related to the operation and implementation of internal controls.
- Provide knowledge of general customer service processes and the ability to act as a back-up customer service employeecustomer service.
Special knowledge and skills< em>:
- Broad knowledge and many years of experience in using and supporting special IT systems: Microsoft products (operating systems, office applications), electronic banking systems (banking systems online clients, communication channels, SWIFT NET, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of network and telecommunications principles, TCP/IP networks and related hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot network and telecommunications issues .
- Desirable basic programming skills, knowledge and experience related to supporting Oracle products.
- Knowledge of the relevant legal framework in the field of payment services, electronic document management.
- Knowledge of banking operations and banking activities.
Requirements for qualification, experience:
- Experience at least 3 years of work in the IT field or support of bank digital channels or experience of supporting the second line in a bank.
- Work experience related to the provision of services and customer support.
- Experience working in an international environment will be a plus.
- Good communication, self-organization and cooperation skills, attitude towards a team player.
- High level of English.
