About the project:
Among them — stand in line, walk the dog, repair a faucet, develop a website and even help with the organization of a hand and heart proposal.The customer care team now has 6 specialists, including a quality specialist and< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">team leader. The most frequent interaction in this position will be with colleagues in the team, the leader and colleagues from other departments (development, marketing, finance, legal).
The goal of our team is to take care of users, to positively influence their customer experience, promptly and efficiently solving their requests.

Tasks:
The most important thing is caring about users and wanting to help everyone.
answers to user requests in chat/via mail (at the same time, speed and quality are important)
outgoing calls to customers with the aim of identifying their satisfaction with the service, receiving feedback on working with it
moderation of content on the site
resolving controversial and conflict situations(processing and analysis of complaints)
