We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will be able to attract the best technical and non-technical specialists for our company.

Conducting recruiting interviews and assessing candidate skills according to position requirements

Assessing and selecting candidates based on technical knowledge, experience and fit with company culture

Definition staffing needs with technical managers and team leaders

Utilizing various candidate sourcing methods including professional networks, social media, internal databases, references, etc.

Collaborating with the HR team to ensure effective onboarding of new employees

Support and development of positive relations with candidates at all stages of recruitment

Reporting and analysis of recruitment processes with the aim of optimizing them

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter

• Deep understanding of technical and non-technical roles and
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical knowledge of candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills skills
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes
