Important: You’ll need to overlap with US working hours for at least 3–4 hours daily, and we’re specifically looking for someone with solid English skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Chat with managers about open positions
• Find candidates through various channels
• Interview and assess potential hires
• Handle the hiring process from start to finish

What We Need:

• 2+ years in IT recruiting
• Experience sourcing candidates in Latin America
• Familiarity with popular recruiting tools
• Fluent English
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A knack for evaluating candidates
