A group of companies, known for its solutions in the field of robotic systems, due to expansion, restructuring and the desire to move to a deeper approach to the development of its products in looking for a Technical Project Manager (Surface Drones).

Our goal is to provide the military with every possible means to facilitate their work in combat, reconnaissance or strikes. That is why we are implementing the project in the form of unmanned robotic boats. Such a product will provide high maneuverability and stealth during combat missions, save many lives due to the possibility of remote control, and also, due to integration with other robotic systems, provide a single network that will allow more complex operations to be carried out with maximum efficiency. The latest technologies and engineering solutions will bring such a project closer to mass production and providing the military with all the necessary means.

The company is looking for an experienced a technical project manager, who will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle, from conceptual planning to final implementation, guaranteeing high quality of execution and compliance with safety requirements and industry standards, will be responsible for constant improvement and compliance of the product with modern technologies in the field of military development, offer own solutions for the development and uniqueness of robotic systems.

Duties:

• Provision, control and support of the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization;
• Organization of an orderly and synchronous development process of mechanical, hardware, software part;
• Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the company's divisions;
• Communication with marketing and sales departments to ensure the process of promoting the product on the market;
• Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;
• Control over maintenance of technical and project documentation of the project;
• Ensuring feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making regarding improvement or correction defects;
• Budgeting and cost control: development and control of the project budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources, cost control and ensuring their compliance with the goals and the project;
• Technological trend monitoring: monitoring technological trends , scientific research and innovative markets with the aim of maintaining leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies at work.

Requirements:

• Experience in the fieldand development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;
• Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;
• Be ready for business trips;
• Understanding robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;
• Experience in managing large projects and teams;
• High result orientation, ability to think strategically and decision-making;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
