Mission:
Development of reliable non-line-of-sight (NLOS) communication systems for combat, crisis and remote conditions. Creation of a tactical drone control network that works without dependence on GPS or heavy infrastructure.

Main role:
Lead the R&D team (Embedded, RF, Firmware, DSP, Backend) and build the technical strategy. Responsible for architecture, code quality, field validation, and engineering culture development.

Main responsibilities:

• Technical roadmap planning and development processes

• System architecture (C/C++, STM32, RF stack, MESH networks)

• Development and review code, QA control

• Field testing, debugging of RF modules

• Interaction with C-level team to synchronize technical and product solutions

Experience required:

• 5+ years in Embedded Systems / Firmware development

• Confident command of C/C++, experience with STM32, FreeRTOS/Azure RTOS

• Working with RF transceivers (Semtech SX127x/SX126x/LR11xx/LR20xx)

• Understanding sub-GHz modulations (LoRa, FSK, GFSK, FLRC)

• Experience in building mesh / MANET networks, understanding QoS and packet-handling

advantage:

• Experience with OQPSK / COFDM, FPGA, DSP

• Knowledge of video codecs (H.264, H.265, AV1)

• Practical experience of field tests, debugging systems in real conditions

• Understanding the impact of interference and signal jamming conditions on work networks
